LeadsGPS LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates PropertiesGPS (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information — name, email address, and password (hashed) when you create an account, plus any profile details you provide.
• Saved homes and saved searches — properties you bookmark and search filters you save.
• Guided session preferences — answers you provide in the guided buying experience.
• Seller listing data — listing details, prices, and photos you upload when listing a property.
• Contact form submissions — name, email, and message you send through the contact form.
• Interaction analytics — clicks on outbound listing links and other usage events used to improve the Service.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, and timestamps, collected automatically by our servers and infrastructure providers.

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
• To personalize content, recommendations, and search results;
• To respond to your messages and support requests;
• To send transactional emails (see Section 4);
• To monitor usage, prevent abuse, and improve the Service;
• To comply with legal obligations.

We send transactional emails only — for example, account notifications, contact form acknowledgments, password resets, and updates related to your saved searches or listings. We do not sell your email address or use it for unrelated marketing campaigns. Every non-essential email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.

We use cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure usage. You can clear cookies in your browser settings, but doing so may limit functionality (for example, you'll be signed out).

We rely on the following service providers to operate PropertiesGPS:

• Lovable Cloud — application hosting, database, authentication, and file storage.
• RentCast — MLS listings, rental comps, and valuation estimates.
• Lee County Property Appraiser — parcel, ownership, and tax-roll records for Lee County, FL.
• MapTiler and Mapillary — maps and street-level imagery.
• Google — optional Google sign-in.
• Email delivery — outbound transactional email via our managed email infrastructure.

These providers process information on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the processors listed above, with parties you explicitly direct us to (for example, a lender you contact through the Service), and when required by law or to protect our rights and users.

We retain account and usage data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 9). Some data may be retained for a limited period to comply with legal, tax, or security obligations.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email info@leadsgps.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us so we can delete it.

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect the Service.

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the U.S., which may have different data protection rules than your country.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
